Welcome to Our November 2021 Summit and Park County Market Report!

What does the current real estate market look like in our area?

To highlight the activity in Summit County, the median sales price for single-family homes had a smaller increase than in the past 12 months, and condominium sales saw a small decrease in median sales price. Overall inventory and the number of sold homes and condominiums have seen a decrease as compared to a year ago.

The Summit County real estate market for November 2021 vs. November 2021 shows the following trends.

Sold Listings: -22.7%	Sold Listings: -45.3%
Average Days on Market: -47.2%	Average Days on Market: -61.5%
New Listings: -15.4%	New Listings: -9.2%
Median Sales Price: +5.7%	Median Sales Price: -3.7%
Inventory of Homes: -35.0%	Inventory of Homes: -16.2%
