A low inventory of condos and homes combined with a large number of prospective buyers contributed to the competition among those looking for their mountain dream property.

Silverthorne, Wildernest Single Family Home and Duplex Sold Trend Last 5 Years

Dillon, Keystone Condo and Townhome Sold March 2021

Even though inventory levels have remained low, the overall supply of properties has remained stable thanks to new properties coming onto the market.
