While tourist traffic in Summit County and Park County has certainly slowed this last
month, the real estate market remained fast paced, as demand once again dominated
supply.
Overall Real Estate Market Report: Trends April
In taking a closer at collected data, the 90-day average median home price inSummit County actually rose from $2.5 million in mid-March to $2.8 million in mid-April.
Breckenridge/Blue River Condo & Townhouse Sold Trend Last 5 Years
While inventories have been low since the Fall, more properties continue to come onto the market. However, these emerging properties also continue to go under contract rapidly after being listed.
