With 2021 now upon us, the trends seen during the last quarter of 2020 have continued which include favorable interest rates, low inventory, competing multiple offers which contribute to an overall fast-moving market. The buyers who have prepared for these trends with the ability to act in a timely manner and securing pre-approvals in advance have been able to write successful offers for their dream mountain home.
