A low inventory of condos and homes combined with a large number of prospective buyers contributed to the competition among those looking for their mountain dream property.
Silverthorne/Wildernest Single Family Home & Duplex Sold Trend Last 5 Years
Dillon/Keystone Condo & Townhome Sold March 2021
Even though inventory levels have remained low, the overall supply of properties has remained stable thanks to new properties coming onto the market.
