To highlight the activity in Summit County, the number of sales and new listings were down in December and the median sales price for single family homes was up over 40% as compared to December of 2021. Overall Inventory is lower than what we would like to see and hopefully, we will see additional listings come on the market as we head into prime ski season.
The Summit County real estate market for December 2021 vs December 2021 shows the following trends.
