Welcome to our January 2023 Summit & Park County Real Estate Market Report.
We’ve seen some changes in inventory levels over the last twelve months. There were a total of 1,900 properties sold in Summit & Park County. The average price to purchase a single family home here is currently $1,530,143 and the average price to purchase a condo or townhome is currently $859,353.
This report goes into great detail, but we’ll give you a high-level overview of the numbers in each area here.
In Breckenridge and Blue River, over the last twelve months, there have been a total of 225 single-family homes and duplexes sold. The median purchase price is $2,000,000. This translates to a median price per square foot of $723. If you look at the Breckenridge and Blue River SF Homes & Duplexes page (in the full report you’ll find area-specific pages) you’ll be able to compare this number to the last five years. These numbers will be interesting to both buyers and sellers.
Condos and townhomes in Breckenridge and Blue River are currently selling for a median price of $815,000. This puts the median price per square foot to purchase a condo or townhome in Breckenridge and Blue River at $949. A lower price tag overall but a higher cost per square foot.
The single-family home and duplex market in Frisco and Copper Mountain is similar to Breckenridge and Blue River, with a median price per square foot of $786. However, the overall cost to purchase a single-family home or duplex is slightly below its neighbors, with a median sold price of $1,650,000.
Frisco and Copper Mountain have seen a total of 147 condos and townhomes sold at a median sold price of $915,000. The median price per square foot to purchase a condo or townhome in this area is currently $834.
In Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone, we’ve seen a total of 228 single-family homes sold at a median sold price of $1,551,792. The median price per square foot to purchase a single-family home in these communities is currently $604. To purchase a condo or townhome in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone you can expect to pay a median of $695,000.
If you are looking for property in Park County you can expect to pay a median of $575,000.
