Welcome to our February 2022 Summit and Park County Market Report!

The market for homes, condos, and land is remaining strong in both Summit and Park Counties. While there has been a drop in inventory over the past months, we are starting to see the inventory begin to climb slightly but it is still a sellers’ market. The Discount for Ask to Sales price remains near 99% on average for all types of properties. While the US economy still indicates inflation the projections for the real estate market will remain strong due to lower inventories and consistent demand for mountain homes.

In the last 12 months the overall median sales price for homes has increased by 29% in Breckenridge, 23% in Frisco, 21% in Silverthorne/Dillon and 39% in Park County.

Median sales price for homes in Breckenridge – $1,750,000, Frisco/Copper Mountain – $1,667,500, Silverthorne/Dillon – $1,295,000 and Park County – $550,000. Median sales price for condos in Breckenridge – $772,250, Frisco/Copper Mountain – $764,500, Silverthorne/Dillon – $615,000.
