What does the current real estate market look like in our area?
To highlight the activity in Summit County, the median sales price for single-family homes had a smaller increase than in the past 12months and condominiums sales saw a small decrease in median sales price. Overall Inventory and the number of sold homes and condominiums has seen a decrease as compared to a year ago.
The Summit County real estate market for November 2021 vs November 2021 shows the following trends.

| Average Days on Market: -47.2% | Average Days on Market: -61.5% |
| New Listings: -15.4% | New Listings: -9.2% |
| Median Sales Price: +5.7% | Median Sales Price: -3.7% |
| Inventory of Homes: -35.0% | Inventory of Homes: -16.2% |
