Overall Inventory for single-family homes has increased over April 2021, however, condo inventory is below April 2021 rates. While interest rates have increased, the market is still moving along due to the demand for mountain homes.

I expect the seasonal trend of increased inventory to build for the summer months to make it possible for clients visiting to view new inventory of vacation homes.
Park County homes saw a 3% increase in home sales and a 32.5% increase in the median price per square foot over the past 12 months and Park County land sales saw a -9.0% decrease this April as compared to April of 2021. The average sold price for land in Park County saw a 9.9% increase vs April 2021 as the desire to have more affordable mountain homes close to Summit County remains strong.
