We’ve seen some changes in inventory levels over the last twelve months. There were a total of 2,139 properties sold in Summit & Park County.

In Breckenridge/Blue River, over the last twelve months, there have been a total of 265 single-family homes and duplexes sold. The average purchase price is $2,254,619. Condos and townhomes in Breckenridge and Blue River are currently selling for an average price of $957,665. This puts the average price per square foot to purchase a condo or townhome in Breckenridge/ Blue River at $944. A lower price tag overall but a higher cost per square foot.

The market in Frisco/Copper Mountain is similar to Breckenridge/Blue River, with an average price per square foot of $714. However, the overall cost to purchase a single-family home or duplex is slightly below its neighbors. The average sold price in this area is $1,787,553.

Frisco/Copper Mountain has seen a total of 160 condos and townhomes sold at an average sold price of $921,975. The average price per square foot to purchase a condo or townhome in this area is currently $830.

In Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone, we’ve seen a total of 252 single-family homes sold at an average sold price of $1,594,274. The average price per square foot to purchase a single-family home in these communities is currently $585.

To purchase a condo or townhome in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Keystone you can expect to pay an average of $770,715.

If you are looking for property in Park County you can expect to pay an average of $604,574 for a single-family home.
